Part Time / Full Time Painter

Taylor Painting is looking for dependable, detail-oriented painters to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and light commercial painting throughout Western Massachusetts. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, this role offers steady hours, respectful job sites, and a supportive crew environment.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare interior and exterior surfaces (scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, priming)
-Apply paint, stain, or finishes by brush, roller, or sprayer
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Follow instructions from crew leads and communicate effectively with team members
-Adhere to all safety and quality standards
-Represent the company professionally at client sites

Qualifications:

-Painting experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
-Strong attention to detail and work ethic
-Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
-Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Must be punctual and respectful of clients' homes and properties
